Cookies-
1 Cup Butter Room Temperature
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/3 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 TBSP Water
2 Eggs
1/2 TSP Baking Soda
1/2 TSP Cream Of Tarter
1 TSP Salt
5 1/2 Cup Flour
Topping-
1/4 Cup Sugar and Pinch of Salt
Frosting-
1/2 Cup Room Temperature Butter
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
Aprox 1/2 Bag of Powdered Sugar
1 TSP salt
1/2 Cup Milk
Food Coloring

350 for 8-10 Minutes. Cream the Butter, Oil, Sugars, Water, and Eggs. Mix and then add the Dry Ingredients. Mix till dough is crumbly and not sticky. Roll Dough into golf ball size balls. In another dish put 1/4 Cup Sugar and pinch of salt. Get round glass flat bottom - spray with oil and put in the dish of sugar. Press firmly onto each ball. Frosting-Cream Butter and Sour Cream and Salt. Slowly add Powdered Sugar. Mix till it gets thick if it gets to thick add splash of milk if its too thin add more powdered sugar. Whip on High for 1 Minute. Keep in sealed containers- Do not frost till you are ready to serve. If you wait till night before let the frosting get to room temperature before you spread on.
