2/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Real Butter
1/2 Cup Vegetable Shorting
1/2 TSP Salt
2 TSP Vanilla
1 TSP Vinegar
1 TSP Baking Soda
1 Egg
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven 375 Bake- 9-10 minutes
Beat together sugars, butter, shorting, salt, vinegar, vanilla and baking soda. Till smooth. Mix in the egg. Mix in the Flour and then the chocolate chips. Scoop 2 TBSP of dough on a non-greased pan. Put 9-12 cookie balls on sheet. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 2 min and then move to cookie rack to cool.
