8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. of Monterey jack cheese
1 large can of whole, canned, Chilies sliced once to lay flat

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Layer the cheeses with the chilies in between in an oven proof casserole.
A 9 by 13 is a little too large, but this can be doubled.
Whisk to together 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8-1/4 tsp. ground cumin, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. of sour cream.
Pour over and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until set and just barely light brown on top.
