2 C Flour
1 packs of yeast
1/2 C Powder Milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 C Beer
1/2 C half and half
1/4 C Oil
1/4 C "I Can't Believe its not Butter"
1 C Warm Water (or until doughy)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into mixer, mix on slow until dough pulls away from the edges and forms a ball.
Remove from mixer and let rise. The longer the better.
Roll out dough.
Add sauce and toppings as wanted.
Cook at 400º for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough is golden brown.

Pizza Sauce
2 8 oz cans of Tomato Paste
2 8 oz of water
1 12 oz can of crushed Tomato with basil
1/4 C Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar

Add all ingredients into into medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

You can substitute the 1 C of water and use the garlic juice from minced garlic or jalapeño juice to add addition flavor.
