1 Small head of cabbage sliced thin
2 c. of celery, sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 pkg. ( 8 oz.) lipton onion soup mix
1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice
3 c. water
1 lb. ground beef

Brown meat and onion, add other ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hr. stirring every once in a while.
