2 cups diced cooked turkey/chicken breast
2 cups diced potatoes with onions
2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 jar (12 oz) turkey gravy
1/4 tsp dried sage leaves
1 refrigerated pie crust, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º

Spray 3 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
Mix turkey/chicken, potatoes, vegetables, mushrooms, sour cream, gravy and sage.
Pour into casserole dish.
Unroll pie crust, cutting into 1 1/2" squares. Cover top of mixture with pie crust pieces, overlapping each piece.

Bake 75-80 minutes or until crust is golden brown and edges are bubbly.
