5-6 lb. cooked ham (Hormel Cure 81)
1/2 lb. onions
Whole cloves
1 lb. carrots (cut into 2 in. pieces)
2 lb. small potatoes
4 sprigs parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1 bay leaf
1 can chicken broth (13 3/4 oz.)
2 lb. head cabbage

Mustard Sauce;
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. yellow mustard
sweet onion to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Chop 2 onions. Place in roasting pan. Stick cloves in remaining onions. Add onions and all other remaining ingredients, except cabbage to the pan. Pour broth over all. Bake covered for 1 hour. Add cabbage, cut into wedges, and bake 30 minutes longer. Serve with Mustard Sauce.

Mustard Sauce: Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard and chopped sweet onion to suit your taste.
