4 c. chili*
1 can (1 lb.) whole tomatoes
1 can (4 & 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 c. uncooked curly egg noodle
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

*I use turkey chili. Can use beef or vegetarian chili.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chili and tomatoes in a large saucepan. Break up tomatoes with a spoon and bring to boiling. Pour into a 2 & 1/2-qt. casserole. Add mushrooms, noodles, salt and pepper. Stir; cover. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for 5 minutes more.
