2 cups garlic mashed potatoes
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb pork sausage (you pick the flavoring)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup tomato pasta sauce
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375º

Spray 9" glass pie plate.
If using left over mashed potatoes, mix 2 cups with 1/4 tsp garlic powder, milk, water and eggs.
Spread cooked potatoes in the bottom and sides of the pie plate, forming a crust.
Meanwhile, cook sausage and onion until no longer pink, drain.
Stir in the pasta sauce and basil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 2 minutes, stiffing occasionally. Pour over the potato-lined pie plate.

Bake 25 minutes or until crust edges just begin to turn brown. Sprinkle with cheese and Bake about 5 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
