1 c. granulated sugar
6 Tbsp. salted butter, ( cut into 6 pieces )
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar in pot over medium heat, stirring constantly with rubber spatula.
Sugar will form clumps and eventually melt into a thick brown liquid as you continue to stir.
Be careful not to burn.
Once melted completely, immediately add butter.
Mixture will bubble rapidly. Continue to stir for 2-3 minutes until butter is completely.
Store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 1 month
