1 can of corn
1-2 mangoes peeled and diced
1 can of rotel (original, mild, or hot)
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 lime
1/3 cup cilantro
1 bag of tortilla chips
Optional:
1 jalapeno, diced
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add juice of one lime. Serve with tortilla chips. Best if let to sit for 1-3 hours in the refrigerator.
