1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup flour (I use gluten free for Zack Friendly)
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter (I use 1/4 cup applesauce and 1/4 cup oil)
3/4 cup jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Combine brown sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and rolled oats.
Rub the butter (or applesauce/oil) into the dry ingredients, until crumbly.
Press 2 cups of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8X8 baking dish.
Spread the jam over the pressed mix, then sprinkle the rest of the dry mix over the jam.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
