1 lb. powdered sugar
6 T. butter
1/2 C. cocoa
1/4 C. Milk
1 T. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
1 C. chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat; stirring until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly into buttered 9 X 5 loaf pan. Cool; cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen pieces.

Microwave directions: In large microwave-safe bowl, place butter and milk. Microwave at High 1 1/2 - 2 minutes until butter is melted. Stir in sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt until smooth; then stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly in butter loaf pan. Cool, cut into squares.
