6 large eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can Sweetened evaporated milk
1 t. vanilla
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 C. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a 9 X 9 baking dish, add sugar. Over low to medium heat, heat the sugar until it is caramelized. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs, 2 at a time, until blended. Add milk, 1 can at a time. Add vanilla. Pour flan into the pan, over the caramelized sugar. Place in a larger pan filled partially with hot water. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour. Cool and turn onto a serving plate immediately before serving.
