Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic (slivered)
2 Cans Cannellini Beans (drained)
2 C. Turkey or Chicken Broth
Leftover Turkey
Sage
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Lemon (squeezed for juice)
Directions:
Directions:
Puree one can of the cannellini beans with 2 c. broth
Sauté the garlic in the olive oil and add the puree
Add cubed turkey and one can beans, not pureed
Season with salt and pepper and add a few leaves of chopped sage
Optional Top with lemon juice
Heat until bubbly
