1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Sugar
2 c. Coconut
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Eggs and Ingredients for the Cake Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to box directions
Grease and flour a 13x9" pan
Prepare the cake mix according to box directions and bake
Cool cake 15 minutes and poke holes evenly throughout
Combine milk, sugar, and bring to a boil, simmer 1 minute
Spoon over cake and cool completely
Fold 1/2 c. coconut into cool whip and spread over cake
Sprinkle remaining coconut over cake
Chill overnight and keep refrigerated
