3 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, sugar and eggs until light. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets and flatten out slightly. When cool frost the flat side, one side chocolate, one side vanilla frosting.

Gramma loved to make these and sometimes colored the frosting to go with the holiday. Sh decorated a lot of cakes so she usually had extra frosting to use. You can use any kind you want.
