8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 loaf of bread torn to chunks
8 oz shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
put the bread chunks in a greased 9X13" pan or casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the top. Add any toppings you like: bacon, sausage, extra cheese, veggies, etc. Cover and put in the fridge overnight. Bake at 350º about one hour.

I often put Mrs. Dash seasoning or Adobo for a little kick, especially with the veggie one. This recipe came from my Dad's sister Aunt Kay.
