1 1/2 c. finely crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos)
3 T. Oleo, melted
3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (6 oz.) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º. Combine cookie crumbs and butter (Oleo), press on bottom of 9" springform pan OR 9" x 13" baking pan.
2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
3. In small bowl, toss half of chocolate chips with flour to coat. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. of chocolate chips over top.
4. Bake for 55 minutes or until set in springform pan OR 40 min in 9" x 13" pan.
