1 c flour
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c chopped nuts of choice
1/2 c melted margarine
2 egg whites
1 c sugar
2 c fresh strawberries or 1 10oz pkg frozen berries (if using frozen berries, cut sugar to 2/3 c)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 c cool whip

Preheat to 350º

For the crust, stir together flour, brown sugar, chopped nuts and margarine. Bake at 350º for 20 min in a 9x13 pan. Stir often to prevent burning. Cool crust. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, and lemon juice. Whip into stiff peaks. Fold in cool whip. Spoon over cooled crust. Freeze minimum of 6 hours.
