6 pork chops
8 cups of potatoes, sliced thin
1 1/2 cups of sliced onions
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in a skillet. Combine potatoes, onion, flour and seasonings. Toss lightly. Pace in buttered 9 x 13 cake pan. Place chops on top of potato mixture. Add soup and milk to drippings in skillet, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes and chops. Cover. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. uncover the last 5-10 minutes if you like the top slightly browned.
