25 lbs. of apples I use Winesap or Stayman we like a tart apple.
1 Cup of Sugar
1/4 Cinnamon
2 - 4 Cups Water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel core and quarter apples
Add apples to large pot add water, cinnamon and sugar.

Cook on medium heat until apples are fork tender.You may need to add a little water to the apples as they are cooking.

To can the apples place hot apples in hot clean jars and top with a hot lid.

Hot bath apples for 20 minutes for quarts 15 minutes for pints.
