1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
8 eggs
3 c. milk
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
2 T. butter
3 T. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt together. Pour over bread and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Dot with butter, combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Cover and bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
