Meatballs
3 lbs. ground beef
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 sleeve of buttered crackers, crushed
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
Sauce
2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Place in two 9 x 13 pans. Mix ketchup and brown sugar together, then add onion and garlic powder. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
