1 lb (about 3.5 cups) powdered sugar
1/3 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder (your preference)
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, cubed
1/2 tsp vanilla

1 gallon-sized freezer ziploc bag

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in freezer bag and zip closed. Squish and mix with hands until homogenous. Flatten out and put in fridge until hard. Peel off bag and cut into squares. Enjoy!

We made this fudge in my 7th grade health class. I have no idea what the lesson was about but the fudge was great. This would be fun to make during Family Home Evening, passing the bag around during the lesson.
