3 c. chicken broth
2-3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
3 c. shredded cheese
2 c. diced chicken
2 c. diced, peeled potatoes
1 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to boil. Reduce heat and add potatoes, carrots, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan; add flour and mix well. Gradually stir in milk; cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Stir in cheese and cook until melted. Add cheese sauce along with chicken. Cook and stir until heated through or place in crock pot on low.
