2 cans (8 - 10 oz. each) Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1/4 lb. Ham (or Capicola) (thinly sliced)
1/4 lb. Provolone (thinly sliced)
1/4 lb. Swiss Cheese (thinly sliced)
1/4.lb. Genoa Salami (about 12 slices) (thinly sliced)
1/4 lb. Pepperoni (about 30 slices) (thinly sliced)
1 jar(s) (12 oz.) Roasted Red Peppers (drained and cut into thin strips)
3 med. Eggs
3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Preheat Oven to 350º
Spray 9x13" baking dish with Pam
Unroll one package of crescent rolls and spread in the bottom of dish
Layer salami, provolone, ham, swiss, and pepperoni
Beat eggs lightly, stir in parmesan and black pepper
Pour 3/4 of mixture evenly on the meat and cheese layer
Unroll the second package of rolls and place on top
Brush with remaining egg mixture
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
Remove foil; bake another 15 minutes until dough is fluffy and golden
Cut into squares and serve warm
