1lb. veal or pork (cubed)
2 T oil or bacon grease
1/2 c sour cream
2 c water
1 package Vegetable Noodle Soup Mix (Lipton or your choice)
1T paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Add water, sour cream, soup mix, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer. Cook for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender.
