Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 small red onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
Leaf Lettuce
6-8 dinner Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat a clean, lightly oiled grill or grill pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with the onion, garlic, ginger, jalapeno, sugar, and salt, stirring gently to evenly distribute all the ingredients. Knead in the egg and bread crumbs until fully mixed and form the mixture into 2 1/2" diameter patties.

When your grill is hot, add the patties and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until a light brown char has developed on the outside and the patties are cooked through. When done, they should feel firm, but springy to the touch.

Use the patties, lettuce, peanut sauce, and dinner rolls to assemble slider type hamburgers. (Soy sauce may be substituted for or used with peanut sauce)
