Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef or ground chuck
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder

Ketchup to top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, minced onion in small bowl. Mix in liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Whip in eggs.

Add ground beef to seasoning sauce. Knead meat and sauce thoroughly to combine throughout. Add breadcrumbs slowly until mixture holds together tightly.

Line baking sheet with foil, folding up edges to make a tray so the juices don't drip out. Form meat into a thick loaf. Bake for 30 minutes. Check temperature and top with a ribbon of ketchup. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.

Serve in thick slices with your favorite potato and green bean sides.
