Ingredients:

1 Flank Steak
2 Green Peppers
2 Red Peppers
1 Sweet Onion
1 Large Tomato
2 tsp. Ground Ginger
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 tbsp. (or enough to coat the bottom of the pan) Olive Oil/Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Corn Starch
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut everything.
2. Cut the steak in strips across the grain.
3. Add the steak to your oil over Medium-High heat.
4. Once the oil gets hot add the Onion, Soy Sauce, and Ginger.
5. Stir fry for a minute or two, then add Peppers.
6. Add corn starch, if needed.
7. Place Tomatoes on top to get warm, not mushy.
