2 cups Santa Cruz chile paste or combination of 1 cup Anaheim & 1 cup ancho paste
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In lage sauce pan on medium heat add chile paste and slowly stir in chicken broth. When thoroughly mixed, add white wine, oregano, and salt. Cook 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don't boil or burn sauce.
