200 gr shredded unsweetened coconut
200 gr graham wafer crumbs
1can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1tsp vanilla or almond

4 Aero bars
3 Tablespoons oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Mix coconut and graham wafers.
Pour in can of condensed milk
Pour in melted butter
Add vanilla
Mix together . It will be sticky

Spread mixture in greased lasagna pan or cookie pan. I use Pam spray
Bake in preheated over for 12 minutes only. It will look undone. But 12 minutes only.
Remove and let cool

While mixture is baking. Crack up bars in a bowl. Add oil. Place bowl over a saucepan of water and let it heat until bars are melted. Do not overdue this. Do not let water boil. Just a simmer so bars will melt.

Once cookie mixture is cooled for 1/2 hour pour melted chocolate over the top. Let chocolate harden before cutting.
