Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Roast - any kind as it cooks for hours
Slice roast in thin strips
Salt and pepper
Spices (onion powder, garlic, any other spices you like)
Onion (sliced)
Beef Broth (I use the tetra carton)

Buns
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cover sliced roast and onions with beef broth
Bake for 1 hour at 350 in covered pot or casserole
Reduce heat to 250 and let bake for 3 hours. I check ot to ensure it does not run dry. You can add extra broth

Cut buns through top, bake in oven at 350 (until firm to touch) prior to filling with meat and onions. This will allow the bun to get a little crusty and better to hold the meat.

Once meat is cooked, place in bun, cover with cheese and bake in oven until cheese is melted and gooey

Serve with au jus in side bowl.
