1 c. butter
1 c. Brown Sugar (or sub. 1/2 c. Splenda Brown)
1/2 c. sugar ( or sub. 1/2 c. Splenda)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. regular rolled oats
1 c. chips (choc., butterscotch, white, dried cranberries etc.)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in mixer. Mix until well blended. Add flour, soda, salt and mix well. Add oatmeal and chips of your choice.

Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes.
