Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups water
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup chocolate chips
Topping:
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 ounces dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass pan). Pour oil in 11x7 inch pan. Tilt pan until bottom is covered. Put remaining ingredients into pan. Stir with fork until blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 45-50 minutes.
Right after cake comes out of oven place on wire rack and make gonasch topping. Melt all of the topping ingredients in a double boiler and pour hot over cake. Let the cake cool before covering.
