1 pound of fresh ginger processed in the Food processor
add 4 lbs sugar
10-15 lemon/limes 2 cups
1 tsp pineapple extract
1 tsp almond extract
30 cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Process ginger, add juice and sugar. Add one-gallon water and leave sitting at room temperature for 48-72 hours.

Drain or strain through cheesecloth.
Add carbonated water to 1/8 cup ginger mixture
