1 1/2 t sage
1 t minced garlic
1 t thyme leaves
1/2 t ground allspice
1/2 t paprika
1 T flour
1t salt
4 boneless pork chops, 1" thick (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
2 T olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 red apples, thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple juice
1 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, all spices and salt in small bowl. Dredge both sides of pork chops with seasoned flour.
2. Cook pork chops in hot foil in large skillet on med-high heat until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Add onion; cook until tender (about 3 min.) Add apples; cook for another 2 minutes.
3. Stir in juice, sugar and remaining seasoned flour until well mixed. Return pork chops to skillet. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
