2 Large Onions
2 Cups Buttermilk or Make Your Own
4 Cups Flour
2 tbs Garlic Salt
2 tbs Chili Powder
Pepper
Oil
Cajun Dipping Sauce-
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Chili Sauce
1 tsp Horseradish Prepared
1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper

Directions:

Slice Onions Very Thin Use a Veggie Slicer. Soak in Bowl of Buttermilk for 1 Hour. Press Onions Down so they Soak. Heat Oil in Fry Pan.
In Small Bowl mix Flour, Garlic, Pepper and Chili Seasonings

After Soaking - Put the in the Flour Mixture, Then Quickly Dip back in the Buttermilk, and then Back into the Flour - Doing Double Dip.

Gently put in the Hot Oil Pan Heated to 375, Cook till Golden Brown 2-4 Minutes. Then let rest on Paper towel.

Mix the Cajun Sauce together in a Bowl.
