1 Cup Oil
1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Water
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 1/2 Cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
Marinara Sauce
Directions:

Slice String Cheese into 1 inch Bites
In Another Bowl Mix the Eggs and Water Beat
In Another Shallow Dish Mix Bread Crumbs and Garlic
In Another Bowl put Flour

Place Sticks in Flour Mixture, Dusting
Then Into Egg Mixture and Then Roll in Bread Crumbs

Heat Oil in a Fry Pan- to 365

Place in Oil once Hot and Cook for, 30 seconds or till Brown. Place them on Paper Towel

Serve with Marinara Sauce
