3 - 4 LB.Eye Round Roast
Canadian Steak Seasoning
1 Cup A1 Sauce
1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat and cut eye round roast cut into 3/8" to 1/2" slices
Sprinkle each side with Canadian steak seasoning and hit with meat tenderizer.
Place in bag and add A1 and Worcestershire Sauce.
Marinate over night if possible.
Place on grill and cook to desired shade of pink.

Timmy came up with the accidental steak when Justin was young and wanted steak. We did not have steak but had a roast and Timmy cut it into steaks. Justin liked this version of steak and named it accidental steak.
