Tostada Shells
Shredded cheddar cheese
Cooked taco beef
Cooked pinto beans
Chopped onion
Chopped jalapeno
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Add small amount of cheese to shell
Heat tostada shell for about 2 minutes until cheese is melted
Remove shell from oven and add beef, beans, onion, jalapeno and top with more cheese and cook until cheese is melted
Remove from oven and cut into quarters (with pizza cutter), add a dollop of salsa to each quarter and 1 cilantro leaf
