4 T. olive oil
2 T. minced garlic
3 lbs. fresh ripe tomatoes
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. chopped basil
linguine
parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in 1 T. olive oil. Do not brown. Skin and chop tomatoes. Mix all ingredients in non-aluminum bowl and let stand 6 hours. Serve over hot linguine and sprinkle with Parmesan.

This recipe came from Terri Dehm who made dinner for us the day we moved into Cedar Glen. It was wonderful and it was so nice to be fed after a long hard day's work.
