2 tbsp. butter melted
6 skinned and boned chicken breast (pounded flat)
1/2 cups plain flour
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 green onions chopped
1 package fresh mushrooms chopped

Directions:
Cook mushrooms in the butter until tender, remove and set aside
Cut chicken breast in half and flatten. Dredge in flour, salt, pepper mixture and fry on medium heat in non stick skillet until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
Put cooked chicken into a baking pan lined in foil and greased.
Sprinkle mushrooms over chicken
Combine the pan drippings and broth together, scraping the bits off the bottom and stirring together, boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken
Combine cheese and green onions and sprinkle over chicken
Bake in oven at 450º for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is good and melted.
