1 lb. bacon
2-3 cans whole water chestnuts
Your favorite barbecue sauce
Brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Wrap chestnuts in 1/3 slice of bacon. Hold with large toothpick. Bake until brown and crisp in 350º oven. Drain grease.

Mix together your favorite barbecue sauce, brown sugar, etc. to make your own creative sauce and dress up your rumaki. Boil but don't burn.

Pour over your rumaki and bake five more mins.
