1 1/2 pounds of cubed steak
1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
1 can French onion soup (do not dilute)
1 packet Au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup of water
3 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp water
Flour, salt, pepper to coat cubed steak

Directions:
Directions:
In the crock pot, add the 2 cans of soup, gravy packet and water and whisk together.
In a frying pan, cook the cooked steak until a crisp forms, do not cook through.
Place the meat into the cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
After cooking time, combine corn starch and water together and pour into crock pot to thicken gravy
