1 pkg. active dry yeast (Fleishman's) or 1 1/4 tsp
1 1/4 cup very warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
3 cups plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add yeast to warm water and the sugar, stir and let sit for 10 min, or until bubbles appear.
Add the dough hook attachment to your mixer and slowly add the flour and salt and mix on low.
Once the dough starts forming, add the olive oil and keep mixing until a soft ball forms. Place the dough into a well greased bowl, cover with saran wrap, then a towel in a warm dry place.
I set mine on top of the oven while the oven is turned on so the heat is near the bowl.
Let dough rise undisturbed for one hour or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into three pieces.
Roll each piece until it is a smooth ball.
Pull part of the top of the bread down on all sides and bring it together at the bottom so the ball is smooth.
Place each ball onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let rise another 30 minutes.
Brush each piece of dough with egg white and water wash and bake for about 25 minutes in a 400º oven.
Cool slightly and cut the tops out, dig out some of the insides and pour delicious soups or stews into your bowl and enjoy!
