1 ~ 14 x 6 Cedar Plank
2 ~ 8oz Farm Raised Atlantic Salmon Filets
1 TSP ~ Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 TSP ~ Dill Weed
1/2 TSP ~ Onion Powder
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak cedar plank in water for 2-hours.

2. (For 4-burner gas grills) Turn far left and far right grill burners to medium-high heat. Leave center burners off.

3. In an empty shaker combine Old Bay seasoning, dill weed and onion powder. Mix by shaking.

4. Brush top and sides of salmon fillets with olive oil. Sprinkle all seasoning mix generously on both fillets.

5. Place seasoned fillets on cedar plank. Place cedar plank onto center of grill.

6. Cover grill and cook 20-30 minutes. Internal temp of fillets should be 135º.

7. Indulge in the most mouth watering salmon EVER.
