1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
2 C soft breadcrumbs
2 eggs
½ C chopped onion
2 T chopped parsley
2 t salt
1 10-oz jar, apricot preserves
½ C bottled BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pork, beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, parsley, and salt. Mix Well. Shape mixture into ½ “ balls. Place meatballs under broiler, about 8” from heat. Broil until brown on all sides. Transfer meatballs to 2-quart casserole. Combine preserves and BBQ sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake, covered at 350° for about 30 min.

Spear meatballs with wooden pick and serve with sauce.
