2 cans jalapeno bean dip
Guacamole (see elsewhere in book, or use prepared dip mix)
1 16-oz carton sour cream to which you have added ½ C mayonnaise and ½ pkg taco seasoning mix. Put on in a layer that seals the avocado so it won’t brown.
1 ½ bunches chopped green onion
3 seeded and chopped tomatoes (squeeze out the juice and seeds)
2 small cans chopped or minced black olives
Top with lots of grated cheddar cheese
